Watercolor Heart Quilt by Jeanne Prue

This watercolor heart was the result of a demonstration at a North Country Quilters' meeting. The technique uses a fusible interfacing with a 2" grid for easy placement and sewing of all those small squares. It was made for my daughter-in-law Deb's birthday.

Fuzzy Hearts is a rag quilt made for a class sample. It's the first one I've ever done and wasn't it fun! The seams are 1/2", clipped every 1/4" to give the quilt a real chenille look and feel. Clipping the seams took me a full 6 hours but it was well worth the time.
